I mistakenly signed an agreement with one of the 3rd party home buying companies but immediately realized I’d made a mistake. I asked them to release me but they would not budge, and placed notices on my deed to keep me from selling on my own. They had no expense in marketing nor fixing the property up, but just wanted to hold me hostage unless I sold to them for a bargain price. Other attorneys were unsuccessful in fixing my problem, but Jason used the right amount of pressure, knowledge of the law, and negotiating skill to get the company to finally remove the entry from my deed, allowing me to move on with the sale on my own. From the beginning, I always felt he was working for ME, representing MY interests. If you have a real estate problem, you should reach out to Jason as well. BTW, these are my own words, not his.
